Douglas Provencher brings decades of litigation and financial experience to that analysis. He has represented individuals and businesses in contract, fraud, real estate, construction, employment, professional-liability, insolvency, and fiduciary-duty disputes. His bankruptcy experience includes representing debtors, creditors, and secured lenders in Chapter 11 proceedings, contested matters, and bankruptcy litigation.
The firm’s family law practice draws upon that same litigation and financial background. It is focused on cases involving businesses, substantial property, separate-property claims, tracing, valuation, fiduciary duties, and significant spousal-support disputes.

Douglas Provencher directs the strategy, performs the principal legal analysis, handles significant negotiations, and appears at important hearings, trials, and mediations. He is supported by Deana Hopper, a litigation paralegal with more than 35 years of legal experience who has worked with the firm since 2000.
